I have a unit just over a year old and suddenly it will not power on. It's completely dead. I searched for issues with this model and found nothing. It has two boards which I could replace. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot? I've done the factory reset procedure. I checked the fuse on the power supply board. Neither circuit board shows any visual evidence of a problem. What next?
