Hmm, Try posting over in the LCD/Plasma/Flat Panel Displays forum. There might be someone with the same model as you over there who has the answer.
I don't have the tv, but what are you trying to use to drive the second channel? Not a lot of HDTVs have two tuners built in, so you might need to have a second source hooked up to the tv. Also, you usually have a separate input button for the PIP window-you might try fnding that and changing it as well.

Not an uncommon problem btw-
Hi. Ineed your help. I want to get advice about the Visio GV46L. I saw it today at Costco, and I would like you to help me to make the decision to buy it. Any one out there who has it and has something to tell me about it. I will appreciate it very much. Samy
I purchased my panel at costco. I have had it for a week and I'm exceptionally pleased with it. The SD quality was much better than I expected, not great but not noticably digital either. The layout of connections is easy to connect, operation of the controls is well thought out. Our neighbors and family think the PQ is great. DVD is definitely better through costco toshiba hdmi connection. I removed the stand and wall mounted it today. That was very secure and I'm expecting to remove the speakers when I have alternates available. The as delivered color is overly everything, bright and saturated. My attempts to tone it down will require some more refining. As others have mentioned the remote seems to need to be within a 30deg cone of the set. I also have read these panels might desensitize the ir pickups. My costco only had two and they were both gone in 24 hours. Interesting to see how the supply fills out. I considered most other sets offered in the 46in size and don't have any complaints yet. If you have questions fire away. BTW, my wife doesn't like instructions but took to the set immediately and likes the configuration and remote operation.

There is another thread that a lot of owners post their likes and dislike. Some like it a lot, some like it at first and then find out they cannot live with the short comings and want to return it, some don't like it at all. In general, this model have some design flaws. Go read up about it and decide if you can live with it here:

I was going to buy this tv but I chabge my mind after I read all the posting there. I rather spend a couple of hundreds more on a set I can live for years to come.
