Pff, after searching and reading the multiple posts I still do not seem to see the answer. Do I overlook something?

I have Cineplayer 1,5 and Windvd and I am not using Zoomplayer.

How do I initiate vmr9 in Cineplayer or for that matter in WInDVD platinum?

How do I make ffdshow work for WinDVD? Do I need something to change in the registry like for Cineplayer?

I use Nvidia latest drivers 43.45 and have an AMD XP 1900+ and WinXP

thanks in advance

jamoka:

I think he wants it for DVD, not media... And I believe that graph isn't using VMR9.

WinDVD can be set to work in directshow, but even then I don't think it'll work with VMR9 (as it requires special setup).

That is clear and short.

I will buy Zoomplayer

To use ffdshow for windvd Platinum, how is that done?

just configuring does not seem to give any perceptible effects. also I do not see my cpu load changing (taskmanager)

There are several threads on getting ZP/WinDVD/FFDShow going together. I think you need the latest version of WinDVD (with all the patches, BBQ put some urls for those).
