I do that with theatertek via Xlobby 2 . It allows you to save your video files in a VIDEO_TS folder or as an ISO which Theatertek sees as a physical DVD. I have over 50 dvds on my PC that I play this way with Theatertek.
theatertek is not designed to "directly" play vob or any other media files...that is why many,myself included use zoomplayer with cinemaster decoders to accomplish this with theatertek picture quality.
