Voom Satellite location

For the Voom satellite, does anyone know the location (direction and vertical position) for the Portland, Oregon area? We're pretty far north and the DirecTV satellites for example are low to the horizon which makes locating a clear line of sight difficult with our tall pine trees and hills and valleys. Thanks
