Hey guys was wondering if anyone could help? I just bought a pioneer VSX-1123-k yesterday, I got the floor model which I hate but couldn't pass on the price. I got it home and set up my surround sound speakers to it which I have 7 in the living room with a sub woofer and 2 speakers outside. I had an onkyo receiver hooked up which worked very well. The problem I'm having now is I'm only getting sound out of my front 3 speakers and nothing out of the other 4 in the room. I was unsure where to put the wires for the outside speakers in zone 2 or the front high slot. Any help would be appreciated!!

I looked at the manual and it shows 7 speakers inside and 2 outside under zone 2. But that being said I can't get my other 4 speakers inside to work. When I do the test they are all showing they are there and I can hear them but nothing when listening to tv.

If all 7 amps are assigned for inside speakers, there will be not possible to have any spare amps left for outside. If you setup 5.1 inside, you can have 2 amps left for outside. See your manual for speaker layout #E.

Try use Dolby Pro Logic IIx or DTS Neo:X processing mode when you have only stereo signal (it looks like you only feed the AVR stereo signal).
