Hey all, I am attempting to connect my turntable into my av receiver and I am having a small issue, I have my numark tt1650 plugged into my art dj 2 preamp which is in turn plugged into CD-R/TAPE RCA input, my question is form which input do i plug the rca output into the tv (if that makes sense) Im trying to listen to through my tv's speakers if thats even possible... Also I tried it with a pair of headphones and I am getting the most annoying hissing sound in the world and I cant figure out why .. any help would be appreciated

UPDATE: For some odd reason if I remove the ground wire from the back of the preamp and touch it on the receiver the hissing will go away.. I don't understand that at all can anyone explain?
