Has anyone used or seen the Vutec 5200hd (13.2 gain) screen on a crt projector? What did you think? How about any alternatives like the Silverstar screen?

i used a 13gain 100 inch 4x3 screen with my sony 1272 and with my

barco 808 and my sony 1292 and loved it

as bright as my 36 inch 4x3 rca hd tv

i now one a 120 inch 4x3 curved screen and will be using it with a

doubler stack

Were your projectors ceiling mounted? How bad was the hotspotting and color shift?

NO THEY WERE FLOOR MOUNTED

one of the best things about using a curved screen is no noticeable hotspotting

the curved screen spreads the light out evenly

as for color shifting there is a little on blue but you have to look hard for

it
