Kinda snuck up on me, but given all teh rave reviews I've read, looks like this is going to be a must-own Blu-ray. Any chance someone has leaked timing expectations for bringing this to disc?

OK, so looks like this movie will mae a killing in 2008, and be one of, if not THE disc to buy for the holiday season.

I was already assuming this would be a must-buy, even if it was only an "average" title by Pixar standards. But the overwhelmingly positive reviews at rotten tomatoes have me ready to not only pre-order it, but actually go to the movie theatre *gasp*

I haven't done that in years!


Haven't heard anything about a tentative release schedule, though.

It's Pixar. The only way one of their movies can 'sneak up' on you is if it's completely awful.

Earlier this month, Disney said Q4. Judging by their usual time frame of about 4 months between theatrical premiere and video release, it should be out end of October/early November.
