I'd say go get a new one, because even though most of us USE a good universal remote, we KEEP the original for when we sell the unit. And $40 is tough to beat.

Does anyone have an extra ShowStopper remote they want to sell?
Not interested in any aftermarket or programmable devices; it must look and work the same as my existing ShowStopper remote.
