i just bought a used XBOX console and want to play the games in DD. I only have the standard composite/stereo rca cable for it. I have a tv that has S-video input(no component or hdmi) and i was wondering if there is a S-video/optical cable for the XBOX. Thanks in advance!

Check your local Best Buy. I got an S-video a/v cable there and it has an optical audio connection.

Your gonna wanna get the advanced audio pack. I believe that is what it is called. It has an optical out on it that you can run to your receiver.

thanks guys. I ordered one from ebay because my local bst buy did not have one.Very poor selection of accessories and games.
