I just got off the phone with Clarence who is a DTV Customer Retention Dept Supervisor. They need 5 DTV customers to document the UPN 44 problem for him to escalate to Broadcasting for a fix.


You will need to fax the following:


Fax # 208-363-6444


To: Clarence - DTV Customer Retention Dept Supervisor


Message: UPN 44 Bay Area Poor Picture Quality - (Short message that picture has been basically unwatchable for a week now).


Include on the fax:


1.) DTV Account #

2.) Name on Account

3.) Phone # for the account


Also, for my trouble I rec'd a $10 credit for the next 6 months. Those effected might want to try and get the same credit.


START SENDING THOSE FAXES NOW!!!!!!

It looks like a bad antenna reception, so I emailed to them about the problem. I am going to phone them tonight to make sure they know there is a problem with UPN. Thanks for the tip on the $10 refund.
