Only if the TV tuner is designed to do it or you have a separate box like Satellite TV receiver connected via HDMI to the tv.

Sony doesn't support PiP using multiple video sources on any of their TVs.

When i was using the Home button in the TV section, there is an option of Picture in Picture, and it places the channel while browsing the TV section.
