From TechBargains:

CircuitCity.com has the WD 120GB drive 7200 RPM 2MB for $159.99, local pickup only.

They list $10, $80, and $60 rebates, making it cost $9.99? The $80 and $60 rebates both require original UPC, but people have called the 800# and verified that they're both valid (either send in a copy or send the capacity label for one and UPC for the other). (Thanks Billy) Print out all rebates, web page for proof.

FWIW, I installed one of these in a showstopper a while back and it has worked out just fine, cooler and smoother than the original 30GB drive!

So what do you expect from a $10 drive? :D

You cannot use both $60 and $80 rebates. I called the WD rebate center, and was told that the decision had just been clarified, and only one or the other rebate would be valid. That was the original intent, which is why both require the original UPC code.

This makes the drive $70/120 GB if purchased in the next few days, or $90/120 GB 'till the end of April.

CHeer up. At least the rain wasn't yellow.
