This past week, CompUSA had them available for 198 - 70 rebate + tax on 198. However, I'm not sure we're allowed to discuss pricing on this board. Anyways, if we are, I'll check out hot deals from time to time and post them here if they're applicable to HTPC's.
From my exp, pricing is ok, as long as they're HTPC related and you're not constantly hawking one specific store.
