I'm not completely sure this is the right forum for this question, move it I guess if it isn't. But does anyone know what the out of place sounds are on some "alternate" audio tracks on BR's? For instance the dolby digital 5.1 track on Universal Soldier has random saw and other noises in with the track in odd places that keep occurring throughout the entire movie, while they are absent from the DTS track on the disc.
Another example off the top of my head is the annoying constant page turning sound in the young guns BR if you put it on the older 2 channel track, but they are not there if you listen to the HD audio tracks on it.
I know for a fact there are a few more, I can't think of any off the top of my head, but if anyone knows specifically WHY they do this I am kinda curious....?
