I just bought two of the WD15EARS green drives last week. One was $95 and the other was $99. Both had free shipping. I believe one was from mWave and the other was from Amazon.com. I saw them listed on either dealnews.com or slickdeals.net (both awesome deal sites). I also picked up a Seagate 1.5TB drive with a free Thermaltake BlacX SATA docking station for only $87 from Newegg.

That's a good price on a 2TB drive. Right now it appears that a 1.5TB drive selling for under $100 is by far the best deal in a large drive, but only by a small margin. I saw a 2TB drive listed within the past few days for $135 shipped so that seems to be the best deal for the capacity in a single drive. It seems like the lowest price is about $35 per 500GB in drives 1TB and larger.
