I saw a post by mcody in the HD NCAA tourney thread about a loud and high-pitched buzzing that intermittently occurs on WFSB-DT 3-3. I had this happen too and wanted to hear if anyone else did. It did not appear on the upconvert channel 3-1 nor did it occur on analog channel 3.


I first heard it during Saturday's games and then again in the hour leading up to last night championship game. It happened about 7 or 8 times throughout the game. This doesn't seem to be a nationwide issue because no one outside of CT has mentioned it.


I used the email form on WFSB and all attempts got bounced back.

IT DID IT AGAIN!


I was watching whatever CBS news show was on at 9:00 and the buzzing made me jump out of my seat. I'm going to have to call someone, because my emails keep bouncing. Anyone hear anything?

I did experience the same high-pitched noise during Final Four commercials. Never happened during the actual game ... just the commercials. Think it happened once or twice since then. Made my dog run and hide.

Same with Monday night too, commericals only. Thursday night during CSI was screech free! Hope it's fixed for good.
