Hi there. I've been looking into updating my fronts. I currently have the B&W DM12 on left/right. The rest are from my old ht-in-box sony. Right now, I just want to upgrade my front left/rt, then move the DM12 as surround. I'll hold off on the center and sub. I listened to the B&W 685 which I found very good, but way over my budget. Next, I listened to Paradigm Mini-Monitor & Atoms. I liked the sound of the Mini better. But, now I just read very good reviews on Wharfedale Diamond 9.1. Also, I read some good things about the Wharfedale Evo2-10. Unfortunately, I have no way of listening to them. I really want to keep my budget around $300-400 for the pair. Can I pls get your thoughts on the Wharfedales vs the Mini?

Cammer, AceMineral: I actually checked out those two dealers seeing as they are the only online dealers, it seems. I'm still thinking about it though.

AceMineral, do you own the evo's?

Thx Cammer for the comparison.

Buck0702,

I have Wharfedale towers: Evolution 20s. They have a powerful sound and go low, but they are not the end all be all. That being said, if I had a reason to get new speakers I would go for the then current Wharfedale equivalent of the Evolution 20s.
