I recently saw these on sale for 50% off. I've been searching diligently since for reviews. Little or no luck at this time. They LOOK like they would be a good deal for about 1.6k if they are still available for that price. I am presently leaning towards a set of Gallos. Input of any kind would help. tuvm

I've heard the opus one and if the sound is anything like the three I would take a pass on them. The main drawback of this speaker is the sound never escapes the speaker cabinets creating a somewhat flat image. It does have a rather rich tonal balance and has a fairly transparent midrange but as a whole never really becomes musically convincing.
