Just wondering if you can buy the material, and make your own frame. My neighbor works with welding aluminum every day, and said he can custom build me a frame. I was wondering if I can order just nice (even expensive) material.

Stewart,Da lite,Draper they all sell material. Call AVS and see what they can do for you.

If any of the Dalite screen materials work for you it's cheaper to order the Model B pull down and cut the material out than to order the material by itself. I have no idea why.

ebay sells lots of screen material and Black Out Cloth--which many use. Try carlofet.com for BOC. It can also be painted.
