I am just curios if anybody has compared these two projectors in detail.


I know that the lumen is higher on the 6210 and that the noise id lowerer compared to 6200 but what else?



1. -Have they fixed the shortage of connectors, are there more connectors on 6210? Separate Component inputs?


2. -Have they fixed the complaints about that the White segment of the color wheel cannot be turned off on 6200?


3. -Have they fixed the minor Issues on HDTV 1080i?


4. -Have they improved on the poor interlacer/scaler that 6200 uses?



What other differences of significance are there?


..there must be a few improvements, since this projector is at least $300 more, or am I wrong?

My impression is that the only real difference is that the bulb used has a slightly higher wattage, so higher brightness.

The manual shows the unit now has two analog inputs, and has gained USB and audio connectors.


The USB enables you to flip PPT slides via the projector's remote.

The other D-Sub is an output so you can run a monitor off the same signal for presentations.
