Other than Panasonic, particularly in 42", what plasmas are available with both tuners?


Alternatively, can anyone point me to a site to learn about outboard HD tuners (for receiving OTA)?

Join the HDTV - HDTV Hardware Forums for the HD tuners, and maybe you can get some answers too on other sets with HD capability.

There are very few ED's that have both....I believe LG has a model but I can't recall the #. I think if you wait a little longer most of the newer models for 05 will have both. (except for commercial models which are considered "monitors")

Good point on the new models having both tuners. I forgot that it was mandated for ... June is it?


I've been interested in the LG px11 model, but it looks like all LG EDTVs have dual NTSC. They do have an HDTV model with NTSC/ATSC. Thanks though.

There are no LG EDTVs with ATSC tuner. There will be a new Zenith model (Z42PX2D) that has an ATSC tuner and CableCARD. It has an ETA of April.
