I am close to finishing Drakes Fortune (love the Game) on my recently purchased PS3. My questions for you, what FPS game would you recommend that I play next?

Although the graphics are better and the controls are a little tighter on COD4, I have more fun playing Battlefield: Bad Company. The destructible environments and use of vehicles add a lot to the gaming experience (although I just might be tired of COD4). There is a demo for Bad Company on the PSN store that you can download. The demo was my introduction to the series -- otherwise I would never have bought it. Anyways, you can't go wrong with either of those games. Resistance is pretty good too (have only played the demo -- hoping for a price drop before Resistance 2 comes out).

The Darkness was cool but too glitchie. CoD4 is a must. You can also count MGS4 as a FPS ... I played much of the game that way.

battlefield has impressed me so far....very very fun and addictive MP....single player just as fun....way more sandbox style single player then COD4.....loving the enviorments...farm is my favorite

I would suggest The Darkness and Resistance if you haven't played either. And, unless your an online shooter fanatic, I'd say skip COD4. Was pretty disappointing.

Resistance (single player) was fun for me. I also liked Rainbow 6 Vegas and COD4, although those were very short games, so perhaps suitable for renting (unless you like online multiplayer).
