I installed my Sat C Kit and received Showtime HD immediately. But when I tune in channel 90 I get a deny access message. What is on Channel 90 and is it worth calling DirectTV to find out what the problem is?

P.S. Installing the Sat C kit was easy except for one thing. Trying to unscrew the B Channel line. Luckily I have some very nice neighbors

Theres really nothing there Sharon, it's more of a confirmation channel to show that you're set up properly with the Sat C kit.


On my Mitsu for example, that channel simply used to show as "Channel Unavailable" in the banner not unlike any other non existent channel. But once the kit was installed it came through as a regular channel so to speak, albeit with nothing but the message at the bottom saying ..not available in your area.. or whatever.
