So, what is the OS of your primary home computer?

My 'main' computer runs WinXP Pro, but my SwapDV server runs Win2K.

I suppose I should list the other OS's that I use.

My main computer runs MacOS X and sometimes OS 9.2. I have a Win 95 box, a second OS 9.2 box, a MacOS 7.6 box, and two QNX mini boxes.

I'd only take the TOPS-10, TOPS-20 and ITS seriously if you're running it on real 36 bit hardware and not just an emulator.

Toots... BAH? Just on the offchance, don't know any other TOPS-10 engineers on the net!

I have real hardware - a KL and a KS - but they're in storage right now in England (moved to NYC four years ago and they just don't fit in a one bed apartment) so for now I'm running on emulators... better than nothing!

Maybe I can pick up a Toad someplace... that would fit...

( www.corestore.org is a regular museum, in addition to the 36-bit stuff I have pdp-15s, a 12, around a dozen assorted 8s and 11s, more smaller stuff than you can shake a stick at)

telnet linux390.corestore.org if you're feeling nostalgic :)

Also got a working Commodore SX64 (the luggable thing with 5 inch color monitor and disk drive built in) and an Amiga 2500 with 030 board.

Not BAH. Haven't heard from her since JMF died.

DRB. I was only around for a short time - 7.02-7.03 days. (Used blue since 5.04 days, but that's a different matter.)

Wow. Haven't seen DDT in over a decade and a half, and don't even want to say how long it's been since I've seen ITS, emulated or otherwise...

Don't you subscribe to usenet then? BAH is quite active in posting to alt.folklore.computing and alt.sys.pdp10 amongst others - try a google on 'jmfbahciv':

Unfortunately DRB has bad memories for me... the initials of a particularly nasty geology prof. who once had the misfortune to try to teach me geochemistry...

Glad you enjoyed DDT... watch for TOPS-20 coming to a port near that one soon! :)

Yah, I know where to find her. Just don't read that group, 'cause... well, it's dead, Jim.

Seriously, you're using 3.1? Is it running on your IBM AT? :)
