I've searched quite a bit and it seems that only Panasonic makes DVD players that play DVD-RAM disks?

Is this true?

If you want to play DVD-RAM discs why not just get a Panasonic player?

Sentinal,

Do you recommend the Denon DVD-2200?

Does it play DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW too?

Re: The Denon reading DVD-RAM discs

What recorder and brand of DVD-RAM discs were used?

Personally I love the 2200. It will play DVD-R, DVD-RW, CD-R, CD-RW, SACD, DVDA, MP3, VCD, Picture CD and DVD-RAM. I haven't played enough with it yet, but I'm sure it will do +r and +rw as well although I use the dash versions myself.

I have never played a DVD-RAM, but the specs indicate it will be playable.
