I've searched quite a bit and it seems that only Panasonic makes DVD players that play DVD-RAM disks?


Is this true?

Well DVD-RAM is a Pansonic product, so thats why!

Denon players handle DVD-RAM. At least my DVD2200 does

Personally I love the 2200. It will play DVD-R, DVD-RW, CD-R, CD-RW, SACD, DVDA, MP3, VCD, Picture CD and DVD-RAM. I haven't played enough with it yet, but I'm sure it will do +r and +rw as well although I use the dash versions myself.

I have never played a DVD-RAM, but the specs indicate it will be playable.
