Search the forum over the past couple of weeks. Given that HDMI 1.3 hasn't even been finalized yet and is still in the planning / discussion stages, I wouldn't bet on seeing anything until next year or later. There have been rumours about some upcoming Panasonic models having HDMI 1.3 but since the standard hasn't even been finalized yet, I wouldn't take this as gospel.

What Receivers will have HDMI 1.3 and DD/DTS HD
Does anyone know what upcoming receivers are in the pipeline that will be Blu-Ray/HD-DVD ready with HDMI 1.3 and DD/DTS HD sound?

Nobody knows since the HDMI 1.3 spec has not been finalized yet. We are still a good year+ away before we start to see receivers that will be HDMI 1.3 compliant and be able to decode the new formats.

Haven't read this in the specs but will Sony finally allow SA-CD (DSD) to be passed with HDMI 1.3 and decoded in the receiver?

This is already possible with HDMI 1.2 which was recently finalized.
