Hi guys. Just got a new receiver (Denon 1161), and just figured I'd ask for some opinions on what Blu Ray etc to play first to start it off right! I was leaning towards the new Avatar, but I am open to anything that sounds amazing.

War of the worlds, The Incredible Hulk, Flight of the phoenix, Hot fuzz, Transformers, Cloverfield, Knoving, How to Train your Dragon, Terminator Salvation...maybe some of those.
Telarc "Time Warp" CD at THX reference levels...
Then buy new speakers, assuming the Denon passed through the signal at a level that blew them up...
