Hey everyone, im setting up a 7 speaker system at my cousins house for his wedding present lol


so far

7- bose speakers

1-Yamaha RX-V667 reciever


i need a sub,

not much of a budget left... but i wanna rock the house... what do you all suggest?

Depending on which Bose speakers they are, you may need a sub that is flat to ~200Hz. That is, if they are the tiny cubes. The Bose 200/300 series don't need that high a response from the sub.


Either way, getting something that rocks the house on the cheap is pretty much impossible.

I agree with the above, you need to provide the following.


1. budget

2. room size in cubic feet

3. type of Bose speakers to be used

4. uses - home theater, music, etc.
