I wish this poll was public! Who the hell voted tier 3 or 4???

To each is own I guess...Very suspect though.

I made it public, I haven't voted yet for Revolutions. I think people can only see who voted for what before they vote

iamskew, lordoftorture, Moneydemon3 voted Tier 4

wsfanatic voted Tier 3

I made it public just in case some hardcors BR fanboys decided to ruin the polls
I just watched Revolutions, it looked the same as Reloaded but didn't have the bizarre problem Reloaded had during the Neo + Trinity scene during the dance.

What problem is that?
I watched 1 & 2 so far and haven't seen anything better on either format. Warner did a excellent job with these titles. Watched these on my JVC PRO 1080p. Stellar PQ and AQ! Tier 0 IMO.

what about a "the tier thread sucks and is BS" option

Couldn't agree more Gary, as I stated in another thread yesterday--it is a system designed to show which films are show off discs, and is in no way a representation of just how accurate a presentation of a particular film is. The example I used yesterday was The Deer Hunter (which incidentally I think I've seen you refer to in the past lol) which is IMO, everything it should be, and I could care less about where it ranks on the "Tier" system. Ditto that for so many discs I've seen.

Have to agree with Gary on this one.
If you click on the poll numbers you should be able to see the member names. I havent voted yet since Im still waiting for the movie to actually be delivered but I did go through the posting history of those that voted low for it and of course its 100% fud makers....

I don't understand why they would try to sabatoge its Tier placement by voting for Tier 4 when it obviously isn't going to be placed there. It would make alot more sense if they voted for Tier 1 since that would keep it out of the Top Tier and actually have a chance of happening.

The 11 votes for tier 3 and 4 could have put Tier 1 within striking distance of Tier 0. Luckily their hatred of HD DVD blinds them from making a decision which makes the most sense so they can't sabatoge it at all

I debated about buying it since I've watched it in the theater and many times on dvd.

The attention to detail in that film lends itself to High Def. I've never seen it better.

It makes me think that if a reference series like that, can look so good in HD-DVD, the theaters have got some catching up to do.

What problem was that? Poor filmmaking?
