What to stream?
I have a nice TV set up in a not so nice location. I'm looking for a cool video content delivery option so I can watch this TV.
I do have a TIVO in the house so if there are any piggy-back options, that would be cool. Otherwise, I'm open to other boxes or streaming solutions that would get content to my TV.
FYI, I do have Roku already - looking to add more options.

Since you have network lines, if you have a Roamio or a 4-tuner Premier you can add a TiVo Mini to the remote TV.I do have a TIVO in the house so if there are any piggy-back options, that would be cool.
If you have Cat cable at the location then you have multiple options
1. You can get a Tivo Roamio with Tivo Mini. The Mini will use one of the 6 tuners on the Roamio. The Mini will not increase your Tivo subscription fee.
2. You can look into implementing a video distribution network either via HDBaseT or HDMI over Cat cable. This will allow you to broadcast signal from one device to multiple locations. HDBaseT is still relatively new and the equipment are still pricey. Check out this Monoprice device - http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=109&cp_id=10914&cs_id=1091403&p_id=10226&seq=1&format=2
