What was the greatest Direct-view CRT in the buliding at CES?

if I'm not mistaken, as far as high def, only Samsung had a 30" on display, so I guess the answer is Samsung

keep in mind I didn't attend, but I've completely scoured the net for coverage

I have gone 7 out of the last 8 years and the only reason i missed 2 years ago was because my son was born.


Even when people complain about the show, I always love going. I go to at least 3 days of the show and this year I went all 4. I kinda wish it was one more day. I actually check out as many demos and display that i can. I just don't window shop from the isles.

yes I know, as did some Denon gear but none of it was actually functional


I was also hoping for maybe one last final generation of direct view rear pro's from

maybe hitachi or mitsubishi

Mark didn't have the MFW-15...


that would have been a BIG hit... literally..

MFW and BMF are supposedly shipping this quarter so I thought they'd be there

for sure
