What's a good video capture/display app for a sat receiver display?

I have the nVidia 7900GT with VIVO (s-video and composite inputs).. what is a good video input display app to use? Preferably with recording and the ability to use a filter like FFDShow.. I tried ChrisTV but it seems a bit buggy (doesn't save my video settings, etc).
