What's the best $100 European Player you can buy in the States?

I have to buy a DVD player for my mother-in-law. 220v, 50hz, PAL, and decent build quality are all prerequisites. Progressive scan, chroma bug free, good 2-2 cadence are also desirable. Anything out there that fits the bill?

I would order it from a European site. I dont know anywhere to order European speced machines here, they have absolutely no use here in 110V, 60hz, NTSC land...
