I guess that depends on who you ask. The Pioneer people will tell you it's the DV-59AVi, while the folks at Denon will tell you it's the DVD-5900. The general consensus seems to be that these two are the best players with DVI. V-Inc and Samsung also make DVI players that are much less expensive, but I guess that you get waht you pay for. The V-Inc player has reliability issues as well as questions about its de-interlacing capabilities. The Samsung on the other hand has no such reliability issues, but appears to produce an image that may be a bit sharp for some tastes. Until someone (maybe at Secrets) does some sort of face-off between these players, we may not know conclusively. FWIW, I had read a couple months back (on one of these forums as a matter of fact) that the 5900 slightly edged out the 59AVi in image quality, but mind you, this was a couple of months ago.
