Found this on the Home Theater Magazine site. Anyone know about it or personal experience? Was considering to keep the nephews/nieces off my home theater when they are over. I have any extra 19" TV I could use and a bare finished basement wall.

I have used a small freznel with a 15" computer monitor before and its kind of fun but I dont know how practical using a big one for HT would be. I think it would take up way too much space. I believe the lens would have to stand in front of the TV and depending on how big you want to magnify the image would depend on how far or how close to the TV it would sit.
