I have a pair of the Def. Tech. BP-10's Tower speakers and recently one my end caps broke and I am looking to buy a new one. I emailed Def. Tech and they told me they only sell the caps for the BP-10B's and im pretty sure that my model is the BP-10 cause when I bought them they were named simply "Def. Tech. BP-10 Bipolar Tower Speakers". So i was just wondering if there are any websites that sell the BP-10 caps.

Call them back with the dimensions, the "B" probably just stands for "Black". That is really poor customer service if you ask me, they should know what they've manufactured. The Orion Blue Book lists a BP10B, there is no listing for a BP10 so it's probably one in the same.
