I checked out Circuit City and Best Buy, so far nothing good.

I need a pair of stands that are shorter than 41 inches(The height of my athena's), and able to hold 50lbs per shelf(Weight of My Kenwood receiver).

Oh, and the hard part, I am looking to spend less than $200 each.

Sorry if this has been posted before.

For those of you who are wondering, I picked up a pair these Studiotech Racks.

I bought them for $300 shipped for the pair. The build quality of the stand is pretty good. The frame is made of metal, allowing it to hold a good amount of weight per shelf.

It is the perfect fit for my kenwood sovereign. My kenwood is 7.75 inches tall, and this thing has a clearance of 7.875.

Because of the way its built, even though I have used 99% of the clearance space, there is still 1 inch of breathing space for the amp. The shelf-to-shelf space is 9 inches, but the frame extends down 1 inch.

Do you have a drill at home? Build a flexi rack! Search the forum for building details (they look similar to the Salamander Designs racks). You will be able to adjust the shelf height to exact dimensions and also have a custom shelf size...
