It's for a 20+ year old Vector Research integrated that has those push style speaker connectors like boomboxes have. Doesn't have to be exactly like that just small enough ends to go in the hole. Ohh speaker wire is Belden 10ga so don't know if that makes a difference.

Here's a crazy thought; if you're considering using that type of connector, and want to save some cash, just strip about 1/2" of the sheathing from the ends of your speaker wire, twist the wire to avoid and stray wires, and insert the bare ends of your speaker wire?
