Yeah, QQQ's post was great. I guess we'll have to go back to reading post no. 14,379 re the AE-100.

If you are there could you please help. The thread was in harmless fun. If there was someone who posted something you found inappropriate, can't you just delete that and give us back the thread? The fact that all these people are asking for it suggests someone may have over-reacted. Can't you guys reverse yourselves this once?

By deleting your post the protectors have saved us from having the outsiders who don't read this forum from making fun of us with the sense of humor they don't have.

Can one of the moderators please offer an explanation as to why the thread in question was deleted? Thanks.
Moderators are instructed that if a moderator choses to delete an entire thread he is to send a message to the thread starter as to why it was removed.
I do not recall if the thread was purposely deleted.
Since I am the only moderator on this forum that has the access to delete on this particular forum, other than David Bott, the webmaster and Alan Gouger, the owner of AVScience, then I can only assume it was one of the administrators, a glitch, or the thread starter, who has the power to delete his own thread.

A member sent me a PM stating that he thinks he caused the post to get pulled by referencing a subject that one of the moderators may have been concerned about. I don't know the specifics and don't want to. And I told the member not to post about it here so this stays what I wanted it to be - fun.
