My first thought was "only in your dreams that might happen". Someone a few months ago just happened to get a "steal/bargain" on buying a used one from some corporation I believe when they wanted to get rid of it. I guess it depends on what you think cheap is which I would guage to be about in the close approximity of a gun shot aim of between $18K to $25K if it is worth anything. You might try Henry Fu and see what he has used. I have seen several on Ebay but the reserve price is in the range I quoted. I know the Navy uses them in their simulations. You might be able to pick up a gov. surplus but where at I don't know. Chances are it would need to be retubed.

Sony had some b-stocks for $18,500 a while back. Sony has a three year warrantee on them. Usually low hours (under 500)
