Good luck! The academy got tyrannical about its licenses a few years ago and nothing even remotely close is able to get through without close examination from them and their lawyers. I fully expected there would be some authorized replcas coming out when they cleared the landscape but there haven't been. I have seen a few on eBay but the are smaller and get a real premium.

Where to buy a larger replica oscar statue
I thought I remember seeing a fairly large replica oscar statue in someones theatre pictures awhile back, but I cant find it now through the search or going back to the last years worth of posts.
Anyway, does anyone know where one can be found? Looking for one maybe a 3-4 feet tall..plasic, metal it doesnt really matter.

thanks for the info, i'll check into that site, it looks like they have some simliar type statue's, maybe just a little bit too small for what i needed.
