I am looking to buy some C-50, C-C50, C-C100 (maybe) and C-100 energy speakers (or even the set of C-50 speakers) but I can't find a place online that has these in stock. Anyone know of a place?

Audio Advisor seems to have them in black or cherry.

I'm seriously considering selling my Energy C-100 bookshelfs and C-C100 center. Where are you located? One pair is still new in box and the other pair has maybe 100-150 of low volume use. The center probably has way less than 100 hours use. I still have all the orginal packaging too. I've got way too many sets of speakers at home now.

How much better are the C-100 speakers than the C-50 speakers? Will there be a noticeable difference on say a H/K 254 receiver? They would be mounted on stands on the ground.

Also, I assume that both these speakers are better than the Energy Takes. Correct?

Fuller sound from the C-100 over the C-50. Deeper bass, larger cabinet. Yes there would be a noticeable difference with your HK receiver. Especially using them as front speakers. As surrounds the C-50s would be fine.

Both are definitely better than the Takes. Much better and will fill up a room with more sound. If you're comparing a take classic 5.0 setup vs the C-50 5.0 setup, its a no brainer to go with the C-50s.

I have C-100s with a HK receiver so I have a little experience. Also have original take 5 speakers.
