In the US this projector is called the HS51A. Not sure where you could see it close to your location.

Where to see the Sony HS60 in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area?
Can someone tell me where I can get a good demo of this projector in this area? I live in Haltom City specifically, so the closer the better. I'm curious to see how this thing looks v.s my Barco G808 CRT.

Ok, where can I see the HS-51A? Or the HS-51 for that matter, it's basically the same except for better contrast right?
There a number of improvements with the 51A. Contrast is one area, but the grayscale tracking is better, there appears to be a little less SDE, and 1:1 pixel mapping has been restored when feeding the projector a 720p source.
Given the choice of the 51 or 51A, I would suggest the 51A unless the difference in price was more than $500.

Starpower on the Dallas North tollway in Addison used to carry the HS51. Not sure if they still have it, but when I saw it, they did not have it set up in a dedicated light contolled room so the picture was very washed out
