Which 22" LCD Monitor will do HDTV via DVI?

782 Views 4 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  Higherthought420
I'm looking for a 22 inch LCD monitor as a secondary display for my projector. My STB HD is 1080i and I've tried 2 monitors and got "out of range" error when I switch to HDTV. Any good and cheap 22 inch monitors do 1080i? Thanks

Yes, search for ones with HDCP- "Vista" ready.
I bought and returned an LG that said HDCP- "Vista" ready and it didn't work for HDTV . . . . only SD. And the Viewsonic said "HDTV (720p)" but wouldn't work for 1080i HDTV.
You need to check the specs better, should say accepts 1080i/p. There is Sceptre and Envission among others. They are 1680x1050.

These are a couple of the options you have at the 22" range but they will still only put out 1680x1050

unless you goto the 24" and up those will probably be some of the better choices
