I would expect the Dali's to be the better sounding speaker. Here's a review on the Oberon 5 and they make some comparisons to the 3050i.

How much is a Concept 40 based set where you live?
If music is a big part of the equation that would be a worthy consideration unless out of budget.
With the setup mostly for TV the 3050 setup should be fine.

Start with Q acoustics Concept 40's, then add the Concept center and 3010 surrounds later. It will be a very nice sounding setup for both music and movies. Add in a BK electric Monolith sub and you're all set.

Get the QA speakers separately from Amazon.co.uk since that package includes the totally useless QA housewife subwoofer, a weak center speaker, and undersized surrounds (3010).
On UK Amazon the 3050 are 449 quid a pair, 3020 are 258 for 2 pairs---use 1 pair for surrounds, the 3rd one for your center (vertical if possible, if not then on its side), and store or resell the 4th one. 449+258=707 which saves you about 400 quid vs the package...put the 400 quid into a decent subwoofer instead, like perhaps this:

oops, then just see if you can get similar prices to what I posted above for individual QA speakers from Amazon UK.
I have no idea what decent subwoofers are available there, so can't help you there.
Yes, subwoofers is a problem because no agency selling q acoustic subwoofers. i have to search which online shop can deliver to Hong Kong

No need to buy a Q Acoustic sub.
If you can get SVS that would be an improvement actually and if you are in a small apartment an SB1000 would be ideal.

If you want more impact for movies, A BK Monolith would be a good choice. If out of budget, a PB 12 or Double gem.

Room size is a huge factor. Also consider your expectations and desired output levels.
