Which game controller with M-Audio Revo?

Obviously, when I installed the new M-Audio Revo card, I removed the old card with the game controller port on it.

What setup (or combo of cards) do you use with the Revolution card when playing games?

OR, do you use a USB based controller?

Jetlag,

Gameports seem to be going away. WinXP only offers basic support which I found a bit of a bummer. I had the full CH gameport setup, programable stick, programable throttle and pedals. Because it's more "secure" WinXP won't allow programing thru the keyboard port. You might consider this when you decide what to do.

A couple options are: 1.Some motherboards have a gameport input directly with an accessory bracket. 2. CH Products still sells (I think) a gameport card which is variable speed. It's ISA bus though.

Or just go USB. This is probably where I'll end up when I get over losing the use of a fairly expensive game setup. Fortunately I don't play much anymore. I suspect USB is where it will be for a while until something new comes along.
