I agree, give the Silver Sensor a shot. But it is not a sure thing to work as 19 miles is pushing it for an indoor antenna, depending on the terrain, elevation of your house, local obstructions including dense woods and so on. You can get the Silver Sensor on-line or maybe find one at Circuit City under the Philips brand (model # PHDTV1) for $25 or at Best Buy under the Terk label.
If the Silver Sensor is not reliable enough, the next major step up would be to get the Channel Master 4221 4 Bay bowtie and mount that in an attic or outdoors. The CM 4221 will probably pick up most if not all of the your local stations.
