Well I had a Sharp DT-510 and it screwed up and I ended up sending it back hoping to get another one, but TD was all out and I have been waiting for them to come back, but it looks like it's not going to happen also when I decided to bite on the x9 they were also gone. I heard these are very close if not somewhat better than the dt-510. So which one is the closest? I am running on low money due to losing my job a few months back.

The EIKI EIP-1500T is the same the Sharp DT-400. I see it under 600.

The EIKI EIP-1600T is the same the Sharp XV-Z3000/Marantz VP4001. But, I see no deals out there. Do you?


I have a DT-500 and love it, but if I were to buy one today I would look very hard at VA's deal on the Epson 720 with free shipping and a bonus bulb. It is a bit more upfront - which understandably may be a problem for you right now, but you get that right back in the value of a bulb.
